1.   Describe V2K's software and how it can be used by different vendors or builders.

V2k's software is a very sophisticated software built with 3D graphics on an easy to use Microsoft platform. Because of the power of the software and the fact it contains an inventory component and can price, cost, and determine manufacturing specifications and do the "back end" documentation for ordering and installing the product, it could be easily used by window manufacturers such as Pella, Anderson and others. It is great for designing, selling and administrating window fashions including hard goods (blinds, shutters, etc.) and soft treatments (draperies, valances, bed clothing, etc.) It could be used at Lowe's or Home Depot so that a customer could put his/her rooms to scale on a computer and then from the electronic library place draperies, wall coverings, floor coverings, appliances, cabinetry, etc in the room with the colors and patterns and "play" with the combinations until he/she has everything they need. The products could then be ordered with shipping instructions and installation instructions.

2.   What makes the software so powerful and different from other software on the market?

The software has 3D graphics and can be "scaled" to any room or other media. It contains an electronic library that contains what ever products it is populated with, for example, fabrics for window coverings, various shaped and designed windows for the house, carpeting samples and colors and patterns, paint samples of any manufacturer, furniture, and many, many more products for the home or office. It also has a highly sophisticated "back end" system that calculates yardage, window sizes or any other items one wants to populate the software with. It then can compute the sales price, the cost and gross profit. It can compute the shipping instructions along with the installation instructions for the vendors

3.   Tell me about V2K Window Décor and More

V2K Window Décor and More(V2K) has at the present time 186 franchisee throughout the US and Canada.
   These franchisees at the present time only sell window treatments, i.e.; hard treatments such as blinds and shutters and soft treatments, i.e.; draperies, valances, swags and cascades as well as bed clothes. The company expects to sell 75 to 100 additional franchises each year until reaching the 1000 plus franchisees. Our top franchisees will generate sales of upwards of $750,000 to $1,000,000 each and net themselves a profit of close to 30% of the sales.

4.   Does V2K International or V2K Window Décor and More have their own manufacturing facility for the products its franchisees sell?

Yes, V2K International has a wholly owned subsidiary, V2K Manufacturing , Inc. Manufacturing does not produce any hard goods, but manufactures the soft treatments (draperies, valances, swags, cascades, etc.) sold by the Franchisees.

5.   Does V2K ever intend to be vertically integrated whereby it can manufacture everything it sells?

Yes, whereas we only manufacture the soft treatments at present, it is contemplated that when V2K Window Décor and More has at least 500 franchisees the company will produce its own hard products( blinds, shutters, etc.).

6.   Will V2K be able to compete and be able to manufacture custom soft treatments in Asia or abroad?

The company presently has a wholly owned subsidiary, Marketing Resource International, LLC (MSI) that has established a working partnership with a Hong Kong company which owns manufacturing facilities in Mainland China. The facility is specifically designed to manufacture custom soft goods for V2K. In the near future MSI will be offering these services on a commission basis to other soft good vendors in the US.
