VISION	V2K's vision is to become the premium global provider of technology, products and services to the architectural design and decor industries, in both the commercial and residential markets. V2K will influence business methods and consumer expectations with our inventive and innovative intellectual property of design software.
MISSION	V2K International's mission is to become the dominant company in the architectural design and decor markets by integrating our patent pending technology, products and services into the sales channels and supply chains of a vast number of companies encompassing the home and commercial products and services industries. V2k's internet and kiosk sales and marketing concepts will lend itself to a unique revenue generating and branding opportunity. V2K will build a world wide environment wherein V2K will become "in demand" in the business to business and business to consumer markets. We will accomplish this mission with the highest of standards and at the same time maintain a positive civic and community contribution.
ABOUT US	V2K International is a holding company with the above named subsidiaries. V2K Technology, Inc. has developed a cutting edge technology for the housing industry. The software can be modified to apply to a various home building and architectural design and décor industry applications. We have tested and proven the technology with the franchisees of our subsidiary, V2k Window Decor and More. We believe the most difficult application for the software has been in the custom window treatments. In this application the software has performed admirably. Not only can a franchisee design the custom treatment, but he can let the customer select the fabric by Vendor, color, or pattern. Once the fabric is selected from the electronic fabric library it can be placed on the window and the customer can "see it before they buy it". The "back end" processes of the system simultaneously calculate yardage, price, cost and gross profit. As well as prepare vendor purchase order and the installation instructions for the installer. This same process can be available for such industries as a window manufacturer, carpet manufacturer, etc. V2K MANUFACTURING, INC, a wholly owned subsidiary of V2K Intl., is the finished soft goods supplier for V2K Window Decor & More. V2K manufacturing does this through its strategic alliances and partnerships, allowing V2K International to maintain quality control, and the ability to drive retail sales through promotions to its franchise base. MARKETING SOURCE INTERNATIONAL, LLC., (MSI) another wholly owned subsidiary of V2K Intl., is a recently formed product development and resource company that will be engaging in the business of providing component parts, textiles, products and services to the trades in North America from the mainland in China. Although China's exports to the U.S. of ready made products are firmly entrenched they have no material penetration in the custom side of the business. MSI will provide the trades with finished; custom goods providing the trades with an overwhelming price and delivery advantage not currently readily available in North America. MSI's sales and marketing activity is centered on the large and medium size retailers, fabricators, designers, decorators and architecture design firms. This cutting edge program will be leveraged by the V2K design software and creates significant barriers to entry for the competition. Activity in MSI is expected to commence in the 3rd quarter of 2008.

MARKETS	The potential markets for our design software exist around the world. The design software can be configured for a wide variety of products, industries and countries. We currently have a pending licensing agreement with a window decor company in Australia.
PRODUCT	Our 3D design software is adaptable for many retail commercial applications. It can be effectively used in a kiosk application in over 16,000 retail locations for such companies as: Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Wal-Mart, Sam's, Costco and other retail commercial outlets requiring an interior design function to market products. V2K 3D Design Software is an ideal visual marketing tool for such manufacturing industries such as: Sherwin Williams Paint, Anderson Windows, Pella Windows and a wide variety of other manufacturers.
FRANCHISE MODEL	Our franchise model is available to license to companies in various parts of the world where window fashion and home décor are prevalent.
